licenses are separated by game version, as that's just easier for me lol

most if not all of these will not have every license,
mainly because i either cannot think of/do not have any hcs for them

under contruction.
current focus: ADDING LICENSES THAT I'M REALLY SURPRISED I HAVEN'T ADDED
AND MAKING IT LOOK GOOD, I GUESS
